Don't be caught unprepared

A warning means the storm is expected within 12 or 24 hours. Prior to a storm ensure that you have plenty of non perishable food, that doesn’t need to be cooked, water, working flashlights and radios with batteries, a full tank of gas, well charged cell phones, if possible extra cell phone batteries. Research how to properly protect your home and check with your insurance company about coverage and what you need to do prior to and after the storm.
